How do I earn Reward Points?

Simply create a free account on You must be logged in when you check out to have points added to your account.

For every $1.00 you spend at, you will earn 1 reward point. For every 100 points you earn, you will receive a $1.00 reward certificate to use on a future purchase.

You can save these points for even more savings. This excludes shipping and tax. Any dollar amount with cents over or under 50 will be not be counted toward a point. A point will only be given for full dollar amounts.

Once you reach 100 points you will be able to redeem them from the “Loyalty Program” section under “Your Account.” You can always review your current points balance by looking into the “Loyalty Program” section. Once again, you must be logged into your account to do this.

Every purchase made after September 30, 2015 is eligible for this program. Points are automatically added to your account once the purchase has passed the 14-day return period and the 7-day points processing period, totaling 21-days. View our return policy for more details. Cancelled purchases or items returned will not be eligible for points.

Are purchases made before September 30, 2015 eligible for Reward Points?

Purchases made before September 1, 2015 are eligible for Reward Points; however, these points but may need to be transferred to your account. Please contact customer support by emailing or by calling (626) 965-8882 or (800) 857-1988 and asking for an e-commerce representative to transfer your points.

Are previous CupDepot purchases eligible for Reward Points?

No, only items purchased from LollicupStore are eligible for Reward Points.

Where can I find my current points balance?

Please log in to your account, and go in to “Your Account” on the right upper corner, “Overview” and select “Loyalty Points.”

What can I redeem my points for?

You can redeem your Reward Points for credit toward future purchases at Once you redeem your points, a gift certificate credit for the reward amount will be sent to you via email.

We will no longer be carrying 3rd party gift certificates.

How many points do I need to earn a reward?

After you collect 100 points, you will have $1.00 to spend on a future purchase. You may save this reward and accumulate more, or you may spend it immediately.

The following is an example of how points are calculated:

  • 1,000 Reward Points = $10
  • 2,500 Reward Points = $25
  • 5,000 Reward Points = $50
  • 7,500 Reward Points = $75
  • 10,000 Reward Points = $100

How do I redeem a reward?

  1. When you’ve earned enough points to exchange for gift certificate credit, please log into your account and go to “Your Account” > “Overview” > “Loyalty Points.” Here you will be able to see your redeemable points.
  2. Put in the number of points you would like to use in the box where it asks how many points you would like to redeem. Then click on the “Redeem” button.
  3. You should receive an email from us containing a gift certificate number.
  4. To apply the gift certificate, go to check out and click on “Pay with Gift Certificate” in the payment section.
  5. Paste the gift certificate number that was sent to you and click “Apply.”

Do Reward Points expire?

Reward Points received from October 28, 2015 do not expire. However, reward points received between June 2013 and October 28, 2015 will expire in June 1, 2016 if you did not request to transfer points. If you would like to request a transfer, please contact Lollicup Customer Support by emailing or calling (626) 965-8882 or (800) 857-1988 and requesting an e-commerce representative.

LollicupStore Rewards Terms and Conditions

It is the LollicupStore member’s responsibility to read and understand the terms and conditions regarding LollicupStore Rewards. Use of LollicupStore Rewards constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions by each LollicupStore member.

Rules Concerning LollicupStore Reward Points

Only LollicupStore registered members can participate in LollicupStore Rewards and earn points. Members earn one point for each dollar purchased, unless otherwise stated. Points are not awarded until 21 days after the purchase. Members must be logged-in with their account at check-out to accumulate points. Members will not receive any points when a purchase is canceled or an item is returned. Only items purchased from LollicupStore are eligible for Reward Points.

Terms and Conditions

LollicupStore reserves the right to terminate LollicupStore Rewards, or to change these Terms and Conditions, regulations, or benefits of participation, in whole or part, at any time with our without notice, even though changes may affect the number of points already accumulated. LollicupStore may also withdraw, limit, modify or cancel the number of points required for reward redemption or change the number or type of rewards offered. LollicupStore will have final decision should any disputes over LollicupStore Rewards or the awarding of points arise. LollicupStore reserves the right to verify the eligibility of purchases. LollicupStore reserves the right to terminate a member’s LollicupStore Rewards’ account and cancel accrued points if LollicupStore believes, in its sole discretion, that the member is abusing the LollicupStore Rewards program, or is misrepresenting any information furnished to LollicupStore. Any fraudulent use of LollicupStore Rewards will automatically revoke any and all benefits, and the right to any further participation in LollicupStore Rewards. LollicupStore is not responsible for rewards that are not received by member as a result of member’s failure to input the intended shipping address. LollicupStore’s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of LollicupStore Rewards shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by LollicupStore in writing. Should LollicupStore offer rewards from any partners, LollicupStore will not be responsible for any partner’s participation in or withdrawal from LollicupStore Rewards. Points earned by a member in two or more different accounts cannot be combined to redeem any award. Points are non-transferable. Members are solely responsible for any tax liability related to participation in LollicupStore Rewards. Member agrees that LollicupStore Rewards and any member benefits related to the program do not create any property rights in favor of the member. The laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, will govern these Terms and Conditions. If any legal action relating to the customer’s use of LollicupStore Rewards or these terms, the customer agrees to file such action only in the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. The interpretation and application of the policies, procedures, or rewards of LollicupStore Rewards are in the sole discretion and determination of LollicupStore, which in each case shall be final and conclusive.
