All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA No.). In order to qualify for a RMA No., the merchandise must be unopened and returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. The returned merchandise must be in good condition, properly sealed, and in its original packaging.

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to ALL returns. Shipping & Handling charges will not be refunded and is not responsible for any Shipping & Handling fees incurred when returning items.

To receive an RMA No., please fill out the form below with as much detail as possible. We also ask that you provide photos of the batch number/expiration date to speed up processing.

Once a RMA No. has been issued, the merchandise must be received in our offices within 14 days. reserves the right to refuse any returns not following protocol.

If you would like to return a defective product, please fill out the form below and specify that the return is for a defective product. We also ask that you provide photos showing the defect to speed up the return process.
